About The Role The Directorate is accountable for the custody and containment, care and wellbeing, reparation, development and reintegration of people within their supervision. The Construction Maintenance Instructor operates a maintenance workshop performing building, assembly and repairing functions to support prison operations. The position provides on the job instruction, accredited training and supervision to prisoners who work in this area. Eligibility Permanent positions – To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
