About the Role As a Project Manager , you’ll take ownership of commercial and workplace fit-out projects from inception to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . Projects are up to the value of 5 million dollars. Key Responsibilities Oversee and deliver commercial and workplace fit-out projects from start to finish. Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies . Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution. Problem-solve and drive project excellence through strong leadership and communication. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture that values collaboration and innovation. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 + years of experience in project management within the fit-out industry, preference given for workplace fit out experience. Relevant qualification in construction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills .
