Job Description
Construction and M&E Engineering Manager Company: AMATA Corporation PCL Location: Key Responsibilities: Design Master Plan, usable area of each plot of land, estimate construction cost. Inspect drawings and specifications, contractor bidding, negotiation, and award. Check the construction contract. Conduct weekly meetings and track the progress of projects, solving any problems that arise. Select materials and set standards of quality. Check payment of the contractor and manage any increase or decrease in work. Verify the integrity of work; report defects to the contractor for repair. Verify documents such as As-built Drawings, Bank guarantees, and completion reports. Supervise repair and maintenance, checking cost, time, and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (GPA > 2.75). At least 7-10 years of progressively related experience in infrastructure and construction. Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license (สย.) from the Council of Engineers of Thailand. Act in a professional manner, always abide by the non-disclosure agreement and Amata Group codes of conduct. Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC > 500). Knowledge and skills in project management and AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Civil Engineering programs. Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
