We are looking for a new team member to come on board as a Consultant, with a background in business analysis & data consulting to help us drive meaningful relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise : Maintain best-in-class technical knowledge and apply it to provide architectural guidance. Business Acumen : Understand the business landscape to provide relevant solutions, and mentor junior staff. Communication and Leadership : Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Project Management : Manage project scope, quality, governance, and fiscal concerns. Client Relations : Build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and promote the company brand. Innovation : Stay informed on market trends and contribute to developing new offerings. Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements to define the core components of each stage of the project through interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation. Solution Design : Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, including specifying system requirements, features, and functionalities. Documentation : Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams. You are committed to maintaining best-in-class technical knowledge and have a proven ability to apply it to real-world business challenges. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
