As a Consultant Digital Sales (12 month fixed term contract) , you will: Drive Personal Bank’s product sales performance through best in class digital sales experiences across NAB’s digital channels. Lead the analysis, strategy and execution across the Personal Bank (PB) portfolio; including sales funnel management, performance and journey/content optimisation. Generate valuable Digital Sales product journey and funnel performance insights that identify new high value opportunities, continuously drive product sales funnel performance conversion and growth across the Digital Sales ecosystem. Be a subject matter expert in the product(s) being managed (either Deposits, Home Ownership or Consumer Finance) and digital sales related conversion measures. Support the ideation and delivery of prioritised initiatives and outcomes in the digital sales roadmap, to drive digital sales conversion and growth targets. Develop strategic/financial rationale, recommendations - backed by data and insights, to be presented to senior NAB stakeholders to inform prioritisation and decision making. Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Contentsquare and Bright Edge to measure and optimise sales funnels from visits to completes. Track and report on the digital sales initiatives and their impact to digital channel and funnel performance. What you will bring: Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics (or similar), with a strong ability to design and build insightful dashboards that support root cause analysis. Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicating findings to senior stakeholders across a large and complex value chain. Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth funnel performance analysis, identify trends, variances (including the reasons ‘why’) and recommend strategic solutions to optimise sales performance. Sound understanding of SEO, digital marketing concepts, optimisation (incl AB testing) and personalisation. Demonstrated experience working in a similar Digital Sales/eCommerce equivalent function and have digital sales optimisation and SEO experience. Proven expertise in uplifting sales performance across the end-to-end digital sales process/funnel. Demonstrated experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes and knowledge in Agile ways of working. Proven track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business. Proven ability to influence positive outcomes across a wide stakeholder network. Able to collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain to identify why users drop out and develop recommendations on what can be done to reduce/stop leakage.
