D PFEM has an exciting and diverse opportunity to join our growing People and Culture team as a Consultant to partner with a unique group of portfolios. You will have some experience in managing matters concerning employee and workforce management. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and are open to discussing a flexible working arrangement. Hours per fortnight: 73.5 hours full time (minimum 44.1 hours / 0.6 FTE). We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part time hours. Duties The Consultant, Partnering and Employment Services is responsible for supporting the delivery of a client focussed service to all levels of management and employees of the Department and providing high level advice and support in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters. Desirable Requirements A relevant qualification in human resource management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
