About the role: Join us in a key Consultant Quality Improvement role, fostering partnerships across diverse primary health sectors. Collaborate with stakeholders from General Practice, allied health, nursing, and midwifery to ensure quality access to primary care. Lead by example, championing evidence-based practices and innovative care models. Empower health services through expert guidance and coaching to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes. In this role, you will: Coach stakeholders in adopting and embedding best practice continuous improvement activities Use data systems for informed decisions and positive change Share the latest research to inform practice Guide strategies for informed decisions and positive change Lead change to implement government initiatives in primary care To be successful in this position the incumbent will be able to demonstrate: Tertiary qualification in Health or Business, with a minimum of three years’ experience in health or related field Relationship and contract management with strong communication skills Knowledge of primary health sectors Quality improvement experience How to apply: Please submit a resume and cover letter detailing your suitability for the role.
