Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Consulting Architect to provide top-tier business and technical consultancy across Information Communications Technologies (ICT) for strategic customer accounts. This role demands a strong background in telecommunications, networking, cloud technologies, and AI-driven digital contact centre platforms (DCCP) to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our enterprise customers. As a trusted advisor, you will develop innovative ICT roadmaps, articulate solutions, and influence senior stakeholders both externally and internally. You will be responsible for leading solution development, driving thought leadership, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. We are truly a challenger brand, with challenger spirit. The day to day Act as a trusted advisor by developing enterprise-wide ICT strategies and transformation roadmaps. Provide technical consultancy in key ICT areas, with a focus on contact centre technologies, including Security Carriage, NICE, Avaya, Microsoft, and AI-driven DCCP. Demonstrate a deep understanding of contact centre platforms, telco environments, networking, fibre optics, and security solutions. Lead complex solution architecture design, working closely with Sales, Products, and Delivery teams. Engage with C-level executives to present solutions and articulate value propositions. Drive the development of complex ICT solutions as either a key architectural contributor or solution lead. Work closely with vendors, system engineers, and technical specialists to develop tailored solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure solutions align with the latest technological advancements. What makes you a great fit Experience in ICT and telecommunications industries, with a strong background in contact centre technologies and cloud-based solutions. Expertise in enterprise-wide system architecture, service management methodologies, and security frameworks. In-depth knowledge of networking, telco infrastructure, fibre, and cloud security solutions. Strong familiarity with industry-leading contact centre platforms such as NICE, Avaya, and Microsoft DCCP. Relevant vendor and industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Avaya, Akamai, or equivalent). Proven ability to translate business needs into ICT solutions and articulate value propositions. Experience leading major solution design teams, particularly in response to RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions. Demonstrated thought leadership, collaboration skills, and commercial risk understanding. Strong verbal, written, documentation, design, presentation, and effective listening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong documentation, design, presentation, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
