About the role As the Consumer EV Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in helping our residential customers transition to electric vehicles (EVs). By having a passion for sales and championing innovative solutions, you'll deliver results that grow profits and sales in our E-Mobility business. Your responsibilities will include: Drive EV sales by managing customer enquiries, pitching EV solutions, and fostering strong relationships. Educate customers on the benefits of electrification and overcome barriers to adoption. Advocate for Origin’s EV products, offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs. Support the delivery process of EVs, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to promote continuous learning and improvement. What we’re looking for You will have a customer-first mindset with 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in energy efficiency, or salary packaging offerings. You will also be able to demonstrate: Strong understanding of the energy efficiency solutions and/or salary packaging. Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a passion for delighting customers. Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and achieve results. Skills in written communication and stakeholder management, coupled with strategic and analytical thinking. So, why join us?
