Position Title: Consumer Experience Coordinator Classification: HS4 Salary per hour: $42.33 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 48 hours per fortnight Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality, Development and Improvement Team in this ongoing part-time position. The Consumer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the consumer feedback systems and consumer experience activities within Dhelkaya Health. The role provides guidance and secretarial support to the Community Advisory Committee and assists with consumer participation. About you A degree in a health or management related field is preferred A demonstrated understanding of patient, carer and consumer participation in healthcare including relevant guidelines and frameworks An understanding of patient feedback processes and ability to communicate effectively with consumers and community members Experience with project management with proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate specific projects Experience in establishing data collection processes and ability to analyse data/results Experience with in production of high-level reports and publications Excellent oral and written communication skills and work collaboratively with others Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
