As our community continues to expand, with ambitions to scale five-fold, we seek a creative Content & Community Manager to enhance our digital presence, grow our social media channels, and foster a thriving online and offline community. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating content that captivates our audience while nurturing and engaging our member base. The ideal candidate is a dynamic storyteller with a passion for community building and social media. They will have expertise in video editing, content creation, and managing social channels. They will also have a strong ability to strengthen our member and digital community. Responsibilities Develop and execute a fun content strategy across social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook but including any community platform relevant to our target market and member base. Create and edit engaging video content showcasing Future Golf’s events, member stories, and unique community experiences. Plan and execute collaborations with talent and partners to develop content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. Manage and grow Future Golf’s social media channels, driving engagement and expanding our reach. Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, video production, and editing with a portfolio showcasing work for social media platforms. Expertise in TikTok content creation and other social media trends. Component design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be a real bonus. Passion for community building, with a demonstrated ability to grow and nurture online and offline communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
