This role will work closely with our Performance Creative team and our Performance Media teams, supporting clients across a variety of industries including travel, eComm, music, real estate, and more! THE ROLE Digital Minds Group is a forward-thinking digital marketing agency committed to achieving tangible and exceptional results for our clients through innovative advertising and media planning, buying, and additional service offerings across creative services. As the team and client portfolio expands, this role is designed to provide a more seamless, process-driven, organized, and proactive approach to scaling and increasing our quality offering into performance creative and content for clients. Day to day, you will cover a variety of tasks and work in a fun, fast-paced, and exciting environment. Your remit would include: Supporting the Creative and Content team in building our content plans and roadmaps for clients. Keeping on trends and ensuring you are bringing fresh ideas, key category trends, and the latest social trends and insights to the in-house creative team. Working through a process of briefing, content ideation, and planning. Working with our performance media teams across a process of developing client briefs, content ideation, and creative planning. Working closely with our Head of Content and Creative to support excellent process management in the delivery and prioritization of great quality performance creative for our clients. About You Previous experience working with social media channels, either paid or via content/creative development. Ideally, agency-side experience in a previous role or internship (our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Super organized with amazing attention to detail. A genuine interest in social and content with a desire to advance your agency career with a high level of ambition and passion.
