Content Creator & Social Media All Rounder Company: Swoosh Finance Location: Springwood, Queensland, Australia Salary: $50,000 + Super + Monthly Bonus Employment Type: Full time - hybrid working from home (4 days) and in-office (1 day) Swoosh Finance is a market leader in the provision of innovative finance products. About the role: Our Marketing Team has an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator with a flair for creativity and a passion for communications and social media marketing. You will create, edit and publish quality content in various formats across media platforms such as WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Create and publish copy for websites, blogs, social media posts, and videos across multiple businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Maintain a consistent social media presence that aligns with the brand tone of voice. Assist the Marketing Team to develop a social media communication plan. Generate and increase digital brand awareness, engagement and acquisition. Assist with the implementation of digital marketing campaigns. Liaise confidently and professionally with key internal and external stakeholders as required. About you: Strong copywriting skills, with proven experience in written short and long-form content creation. Social media marketing experience. Design skills and ability to adapt content to suit different social media platforms and audiences. High attention to detail. An interest in working as part of a team, openness to learning and a can-do, positive attitude. Ability to problem-solve and come up with innovative solutions. Experience working with website content management systems, specifically WordPress. Working knowledge of SEO and keyword planning desirable. Knowledge of video content creation is helpful.
