About You: You have proven experience as a Videographer/Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficient in video and audio editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition, you understand current video content and social media trends. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable effective teamwork, while your creativity ensures innovative, compelling content. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Execute social media campaigns and implement plans across platforms. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and tailored to the preferences of each platform. Work with Community Team to foster and engage with the online community. Create engaging content for social media channels. Conceptualise, plan, and execute video content that effectively communicates our company's values, services, and expertise in the finance industry. Collaborate with the Media & Marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for video content that aligns with our overall marketing goals. Capture high-quality footage using professional video equipment and techniques. Edit and produce videos with attention to detail, ensuring a polished and cohesive final product. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our video content. Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and distribution. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics. Review KPIs (key performance indicators) regularly with media team and adjust strategies based on data insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in film production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (desirable but not mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in video production and content creation Knowledge of the finance industry highly desirable Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation desirable Clear Police and Credit check (mandatory) Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option.
