Aiming to create learning materials to ensure that staff have necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilise technical resources and tools in their roles. You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance to apply. The Opportunity We are seeking a Digital Content Developer to join the Business Systems team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining content for a SharePoint-based document management system. You will play a key part in enhancing digital content to meet accessibility standards, improve usability, and optimise user experience. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality digital content for the document management system in line with government standards and best practices. Manage content updates, including publication, amendments, and archiving, while adhering to publishing standards. Ensure digital content meets usability and accessibility requirements, optimising communication outcomes. Produce quality deliverables while managing competing priorities. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in digital content design, including writing in plain English and meeting accessibility standards. Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including MS Project and SharePoint. Ability to innovate, solve problems, and manage risks effectively.
