Job Description Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies aligned with client goals. Create and oversee content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Research trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize content. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals. Track, analyze, and report on content performance and optimize content strategies based on data insights and key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Review and approve all content before publishing to maintain brand consistency. Conduct performance reviews, provide mentorship, and upskill team members as needed. Develop and document workflows, guidelines, and best practices for content management. Introduce automation tools and AI-driven strategies to streamline operations. Collaborate with the agency’s leadership to improve service offerings and scalability Job Requirements 7+ years of experience in social media content management within a digital agency . Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (Bilingual preferred). Proven experience managing teams and handling multiple client accounts.
