We're looking for our next Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney! If you're passionate about beauty and everything social media, then this role is for you! Roles & Responsibilities You will ideate, develop and execute content strategy for MONDAY Haircare, aligning brand campaigns with marketing team objectives. Work with the creative team to visually concept campaigns, agree on creative direction, and manage creative delivery. Review creative team edits, provide feedback, and liaise with relevant Marketing Manager & brand lead for campaign approval. Support Marketing Managers with localisation requests and adaptations. Collaborate with the Digital Team to understand content & campaign performance, adapt assets for improved media results, and apply principles of continuous improvement. Manage MONDAY Haircare Brand Owned Channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, EDM, and Website, driving growth and engagement with creative, organic content. Execute regular reporting and content analysis, reporting back to the marketing team on learnings & opportunities for improvement. Remain at the forefront of emerging trends and platforms. Collaborate closely with the brand marketing team on all content strategy objectives & execution to ensure they support wider marketing objectives and goals. Provide leadership, mentorship, and growth for the MONDAY Content team, establishing processes that empower team members to work efficiently. Manage workflow in accordance with wider business priorities. Set creative benchmarks and standards of excellence for MONDAY Haircare content through competitive content and platform reviews. Skills & Experience Relevant years of experience in the content and social media space. A social media enthusiast who is passionate, driven, creative, and excited about new tactics! Studied Marketing, Business, Creative, or equivalent; or have continuously up-skilled in the space. Digitally savvy, keeping up with trends and always thinking of ways to improve. Experience in paid and organic content strategy and execution. Experience creating and editing vertical video, preferably using platforms like InShot and Adobe Illustrator. Strong ability to develop efficient briefs for design and digital teams. Ability to draft clever short-form social media copy. Experience developing earned social media strategies. Experience managing large scale brand campaigns – briefing and managing external agencies, overseeing deliverables, shot lists. Managed social media pages before (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
