Nexxis is seeking a Content Specialist Officer to join our dynamic team who can assist the brand resonance with our customers and capture curiosity or prospects. Job Description Are you a bit of a wordsmith, a copywriter, a passionate writer, or a professional storyteller? Most importantly - are you a person who wants to help us continue to write our story? Your job will be to “grab the attention” of our customers right from acquisition to loyalty, with effective and engaging content across all online and offline channels. The Role: This is a full-time role and is based in O’Connor where our global headquarters are located. We’re looking for a recently graduated Content Specialist Officer to develop, execute and deliver digital and print content across all our channels. The Content Specialist Officer will be a collaborative team player, a clear communicator, and possess great analytical skills. Responsibilities: Writing, editing and proofreading content. Collaborating with a content team consisting of external writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc. Formulating a cross-platform content strategy. Brainstorming with team members to develop new ideas. Continuing to build a following on social media platforms. Providing editorial, creative and technical support to team members. Tracking web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels. Creating content across all platforms, including email and social media. Becoming or being a super user on HubSpot (Highly desirable). Content Specialist Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field. Graduates are welcome to apply. Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with popular content management systems, especially HubSpot. Experience with social media management. Creativity and the ability to develop original content. Ability to develop content that provokes engagement. Desired Skills: Ability to work as a member of a team and delegate/communicate certain portions of tasks to team members. HubSpot knowledge would be highly desirable. Highly computer literate and basic knowledge of HTML.
