Drive process improvement and operational efficiency in a Castlemaine-based role. About the Role As a Continuous Improvement Business Partner , you will work with operational teams to identify, develop, and implement improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and overall performance .While CI experience is highly valued, we are also open to candidates with a strong background in project management who can deliver structured improvements through collaboration and problem-solving. This role is key to driving change and embedding sustainable improvements within our Castlemaine site. Responsibilities Lead cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity projects across operations. Partner with teams to identify and implement sustainable process improvements . Use data-driven decision-making to track improvements and measure results. Work on cross-functional projects , ensuring alignment with business goals. Facilitate problem-solving sessions to identify opportunities for waste reduction. Support and train teams on CI methodologies and best practices . Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements . Strong leadership and collaboration skills to engage teams and drive change. Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies (highly regarded). The ability to work across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
