Excellent opportunity to join a T1 Mining operator as a Continuous Improvement Specialist on an initial 6-month contract. Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their Engineering department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical and analytical skills to solve some of the department's most significant challenges. The position is based in Perth, with weekly travel to Pilbara sites required on a 5/2 4/3 roster. What you'll do: Apply technical and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement within the Engineering department. Work collaboratively with team members across various sites. Navigate through ambiguous situations to deliver results. Maintain a strong work ethic and focus on end-user/customer needs. Contribute positively to the team dynamic and work environment. What you bring: Strong technical (STEM) or analytical background. Experience in Execution or Improvement roles. Ability to think analytically and structure thoughts effectively. Proven ability to work through ambiguity. Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in working with people. Solid work ethic and a passion for improvement. Customer-focused approach.
