Base pay range A$125,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr Principal Consultant @ scouted.Property & Construction. 0431 308 675 Scouted is proud to represent a Tier-3 Commercial Builder in their search for an additional Contracts Administrator to join their team on a high-profile supermarket project. Our client is renowned for delivering high-quality projects valued between $10m - $50 million across commercial, residential, retail, medical, childcare centres and fit-out sectors. About the Project: Dive straight into a $45 million redevelopment and new build project. This high-profile project will involve a new-build supermarket, as well as a 2-story building and basement carpark redevelopment. The project has commenced construction and is expected to run until February 2026, offering substantial job security in this uncertain job market. Having recently commenced the demolition phase, this project requires a CA who is experienced in commercial construction, preferably within supermarket builds and can hit the ground running. The role will be primarily office-based with on-site visits only to be expected approx. once a week. The initial project site conveniently located just 15 minutes from Inner CBD Fringe office. Substantial job security within an extremely uncertain job market. Not only will you be a part of a long-term project timeline, but paired with a healthy pipeline of projects you will have ongoing job security when you join our client. Emphasised internal promotions within the company, and opportunities for career advancement into Project Management. Qualifications and Experience: Must have proven and stable experience as a Contract Administrator in the Commercial sector, and experience managing supermarket, town centre, or retail projects valued up to $30m. Must have experience using Cheops and Procore or a similar software. Demonstrated experience within the Australian construction industry, preferably in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the Melbourne market. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and legal compliance. Preferably you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Contract (Construction) Law, or a related field.
