Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing our Lubricants contract requirements to ensure the customers product/s are loaded, transported and delivered in a safe and professional manner, whilst ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues and third parties in line with K&S company objectives. Responsibilities: Communicate information to the customer and internal stakeholders regarding delivery completion and daily progress Effectively manage company resources to ensure the operations functions comply with relevant HS&E, Quality and P&C practices Ensuring that all Transport & Logistics operations & contracts operate in a safe, compliant, productive and profitable manner. Manage and coordinate drivers and movements to deliver daily customer requirements including pre-loading trucks and the occasional delivery to support as required Maintain strong safety culture and compliance to NHVR & Mass/Maintenance Management regulation Success profile: Demonstrated experience and understanding in the transport & logistics operations Demonstrated experience as an inspirational leader with highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including effective engagement, negotiation and influencing ability. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Holding HR truck license and Forklift License (not prerequisite) Strong computer skills with the ability to collate, interpret and analyse contract data Strong ability in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders and clients Critical thinking and decision making that support and deliver on company objectives.
