Your Role As a Contracts Administrator , you will leverage your property, building, administration, or insurance assessor background to oversee the refurbishment and turnover of units process. You will drive system improvements, manage refurbishment budgets, and ensure each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your Impact Lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of village unit refurbishment projects. Take commercial oversight of unit turnovers, ensuring RNRI spend and cash margins are managed effectively. Implement improvements to systems and processes that streamline the V2O turnover process. Utilise your insurance assessment expertise to drive efficiency and cost-effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a professional with a strong background in property, building, administration, or insurance assessment, combined with experience in managing refurbishments and stakeholder engagement. Key Attributes: Refurbishment Expertise : Proven ability to oversee renovations, refurbishments, or new construction projects. Financial Acumen : Demonstrated experience managing budgets and achieving cost-effective outcomes. Leadership & Collaboration : Skilled at engaging and influencing teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Multitasking & Organisation : Adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Relevant Qualifications : Ideally in project management, construction, property/asset management, or a related field.
