Do you have a passion for keeping things running smoothly and a knack for managing complex contracts? We're looking for a Facilities Contract Manager to join our team! In this leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of facilities management, including service contracts and biomedical equipment. You'll lead a team of Contract Coordinators, ensuring efficient operations and top-notch vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive facilities management plan, encompassing preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and ongoing service contracts. Oversee the procurement, negotiation, and management of service contracts for various facilities needs, including cleaning, security, and landscaping. Manage a team of Contracts Coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring their success in contract administration. Maintain a comprehensive inventory and service schedule for all biomedical equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimal performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering open communication and collaborative problem-solving. Monitor service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and negotiate cost-effective solutions. Manage budgets for facilities management contracts and equipment maintenance. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining contract performance and equipment health. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing and negotiating service contracts. In-depth understanding of facilities maintenance best practices and preventative maintenance strategies. Experience in managing a team and fostering a positive work environment. Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment management and regulatory requirements (a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
