We have a national presence with domestic operations in NSW, WA and QLD servicing both national and international markets. KEY DUTIES In this role you will be responsible for: Onsite maintenance support for TS Global products Performing regular maintenance and installation of conveyor belts, parts and accessories for materials handling systems, including belt cleaners, skirting systems, and belt tracking Inspections and audits of conveyor systems Responding to all requests promptly and in a timely manner Communicating with sites regarding arrival and departure times and status of conveyors Safe use of hand and power tools Providing information and advice to enhance performance of products REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience working in mining as a Conveyor Belt Technician Experience and knowledge in materials handling conveyor belt systems and associated components such as belt cleaners’ maintenance, skirting systems and belt tracking Proven experience in carrying out routine inspections and submitting reports Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the square Self-motivation, with the ability to work as part of a team A strong commitment to safety and quality with proven results Although not required, the following will be highly regarded: Working at heights and confined spaces tickets All successful applicants with TS Global will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a full physical component along with drug and alcohol testing.
