Food Safety Course (essential—because “safety first” is part of our culture!) Flexibility to work across various shifts—because island life is full of surprises! Advanced communication and organizational skills. Time management skills that would impress even the busiest bees. Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment—you know how to handle the heat!
