You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of services while leading and empowering employees with disabilities to achieve their personal and professional goals. Supervisors, External Services (Part-Time) Join our vibrant External Services team, delivering high-quality gardening, landscaping, waste collection, and maintenance services. Reporting to the Coordinating Supervisor, you’ll guide and support employees with disabilities, helping them develop skills and reach their full potential. Key Highlights : Work hands-on in a variety of outdoor services, from gardening to landscaping. Lead a talented team while driving operational excellence. Enjoy flexible, part-time hours with opportunities for additional workdays. Work Schedule : Position 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (22.5 hours per week). Position 2 : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (30 hours per week). What You’ll Bring to Orana A proven track record in leadership and team management. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to manage competing priorities. A passion for working with individuals with disabilities and fostering an inclusive environment. Supervisors, External Services Supervisory experience with a hands-on approach. Skills or certifications in horticulture, landscaping, or gardening (preferred). A practical mindset and the ability to lead a team in outdoor operations. For All Roles NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Check. Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain). Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as needed. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
