Business Transformation Projects - Project Manager Full Time Fixed Term, commencing April 2025 until 4 May 2026 Location: Morwell, Latrobe City Salary: $121,632.68 - $135,508.36 plus 11.5% superannuation Department: Organisational Performance, Information & Technology Go Further, Right Here at Latrobe City Council The Role We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Coordinator Business Transformation Projects to lead and manage the delivery of complex and organisation wide projects that will enhance the way Council employees work and interact with our customers, enabling us to deliver first class services to our community.Duties include: Leading and managing the delivery of multiple business improvement projects, encompassing all aspects of project management, including planning, scope definition, timeline management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and financial control. Ensuring successful project delivery by meeting agreed quality, cost, and schedule requirements while maintaining compliance with organisational project management standards and consistently aligning outcomes with customer expectations and strategic objectives. Fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships, facilitating clear communication, and driving alignment across diverse teams and external partners to achieve project goals and deliver business value. About You You'll work across a number of technology projects, offering both challenge and variety to keep your work interesting and exciting. To be successful in this role you’ll need:Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise project tasks, in order to meet deadlines, budgets and maintain desired work outcomes. Proven ability to work effectively in an outcome-focused, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, project steering committees, IT professionals and key stakeholders together with extensive experience in the preparation of clear and concise documentation. Experience with managing projects using formal project management methodology. Experience of project managing projects in evolving environments.
