$38 - $42.90/hour (Depending on qualification) + Coordinator's allowance + Super + Salary Packaging Full time permanent position Located at Engadine Public School About The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to put their own personal stamp on running this service! We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our team at Uniting Engadine OSHC on a full time permanent basis. The Uniting Engadine OSHC operates Before and After School Care and Vacation Care. As a specialist in Outside of School Hours Care and having a strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards and “My Time Our Place” framework, you will build a strong community culture in the centre and school, liaising with parents and developing staff. What You’ll Be Doing In This Role As a Coordinator and as a specialist in Prep - Outside of School Hours Care and having a strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards, you will build a strong community culture in the centre and school, liaising with parents and developing staff. Your Work May Include Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community. Provide consistent and visible leadership in WH&S behaviours and actions within the team. Contribute to the development and evaluation and improvements to the service. Commitment to providing and maintaining a safe and supportive work environment that is inclusive of all staff. Who We’re Looking For Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services and/or OSHC Services. Excellent knowledge of the NQS and My Time Our Place Framework. Previous OSHC leadership experience as a Coordinator. Approved child protection clearance. Demonstrates an understanding of governance principles and able to model best practice. Able to establish, foster and nurture collaborative partnerships with families and our local communities. Understanding of diversity and inclusive practice. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
