About the Role The role of the Coordinator is to contribute to the events and partnership team’s proactive planning, process improvement and delivery of webinars and face-to-face events, particularly for areas of strategic focus. This role will be the on-the-ground coordinator for all client events in the Melbourne office working as part of a national events and partnerships team. You will work with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of events is to a high standard, on time and to budget. Key priorities for this position are as follows: Events coordination, execution and evaluation Internal and external communication CRM/Marketing automation Support the national events and partnerships team Contribution to the Clients & Markets team What you’ll need to succeed Tertiary qualifications in marketing or events management Experience in a partnership structure/professional services business would be well regarded but not essential Ability to develop rapport at all levels Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Proficiency in event management software (highly regarded) Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
