The role We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a Coordinator, GPT Space&Co to support with the operational requirements across our Space&Co venues alongside the Manager, GPT Space & Co. As the first point of contact and the ‘face’ of the venues, you will be supporting small to medium-sized businesses who require private, premium workspace and meeting spaces across any of our 11 best central locations primarily in Melbourne CBD; however, from time to time may support venues in Sydney and Brisbane. Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and aligned with our ‘Experience First’ value, you will be committed to creating inspiring, world-class workspaces and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, proactive facilities management, and engaging customer interactions and activations. What you will be doing Being the welcoming face and key point of contact for all members and guests, promptly addressing their enquiries and requests and ensuring everyone has a positive experience with us. Effectively coordinating external meeting room and workshop bookings, ensuring smooth execution on the day, addressing all user needs (including technology) and identifying and executing opportunities for upselling and re-booking. Promoting meeting and event services to GPT Space&Co members, building customers and external customers to drive revenue growth and assisting with the promotion of marketing projects within GPT Space&Co and the respective asset in which GPT Space&Co operates. Supporting the entire life cycle of our customer journey alongside the Manager with the support of the National Sales team, from onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal processes to maintain accurate records and provide a seamless and rewarding experience at GPT Space&Co. Coordinating and overseeing venue maintenance, in collaboration with the building management team and relevant stakeholders, maintaining an excellent standard of venue presentation and operation. Supporting the Manager with contributing to the overall cost management and financial success of GPT Space&Co. What makes you stand out We are looking for a customer-focused professional with demonstrated front-of-house experience or similar from a customer service, hospitality, events, or project management background, looking to continue to develop and progress in their career. You would thrive on building relationships and take pride in working proactively and autonomously whilst collaborating with the different teams across the venues. As a natural communicator, you are confident in managing multiple projects and delivering great customer solutions for the business in a timely manner. You have experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and love embedding continuous improvement initiatives in your work.
