Position Objectives: As the Coordinator Home Care , you will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and maintaining Aged and Disability Service policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with standards, funding, and legislation. You will also coordinate the development and maintenance of Aged and Disability service Quality Improvement plans. This position is based in Titjikala or Finke with frequent travel between the two communities and Alice Springs. This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position until June 2026, with the potential for extension. Salary: Commencing with an annual salary of $87,569 per annum, with an additional 11.5% superannuation and leave loading of 17.5% for the 6 weeks of annual leave. Role Requirements: The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting a diverse and fast-paced working environment. You must hold a Diploma level qualification in Aged Care, Cert IV in Individual Support (Aged), or a similar qualification in a related discipline, along with extensive experience working in remote areas supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
