Are you an organised, motivated individual with strong communication skills? We are looking for an Injury Management Coordinator to join our Injury Management team. This role is to support the Injury Management Specialists and Advisors with internal functions. No prior experience in injury management required – we are seeking someone who can effectively handle admin tasks and provide crucial support to the team. This role will be based in our West Swanson Terminal, Melbourne. The role is open to part-time options as well, with a hybrid model. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, as the work location is only accessible by car. Key Accountabilities Support the Injury Management team with documentation including collating employment documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and notifying insurers of new injuries as required by legislation. Manage compensation payments including liaising with the pay office to ensure payments are made in a timely manner, calculating compensation adjustments, claims with insurers, reconciling insurer payments, and providing monthly reporting to Finance Managers. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. System Management including managing data quality using Injury Management System Team (Solv) and developing system tools to enable efficiencies. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Proven ability to work within multi-disciplined teams. Multi-tasker and committed to achieving deadlines. High level communication skills, written and oral. Strong analytical ability and a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
