Join a high performing and professional team with direct responsibility for the delivery of $20M of community facilities and associated infrastructure. You will be leading a small team to ensure new and upgraded buildings are designed and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner, using the latest sustainable practices. About You You have: Significant experience in the planning, design and delivery of major community facilities and associated infrastructure projects in a local government or community context. Significant knowledge of building and associated infrastructure projects including design and construction practices, relevant industry codes, standards, guidelines and innovative sustainable solutions. Significant experience in the tendering, contract management and project management from inception to commissioning. Experience in effectively leading a team to deliver on business objectives. A passion for exploring and adopting sustainable products, methods and practices to continuously improve outcomes for the community. Highly effective interpersonal skills. Tertiary qualifications in engineering or relevant discipline. Registration as an Engineer as per the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019.
