The right candidate will coordinate site-based waste management of waste resources, requirements (equipment, collection, schedules), and operations including transport, consolidation, and disposal of waste products. The ideal candidate will also focus on continuous improvement and innovation in the performance of work over the life of the contract with the client. Building and maintaining a waste management plan to ensure servicing is transparent and agreed with key client focal points. Employee share plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Plus other corporate benefits What you'll be responsible for Act as the conduit between the client and North West Alliance for all waste management and general enquiries Provide technical advice for new, difficult or hazardous waste streams Landfill management Collect data and report KPIs associated with the contract Implement continuous improvement initiatives, recycling initiatives, waste minimisation programs What you'll need to be successful Proven experience in an autonomous role Experience in service coordination Skilled in relationship management with clients/external customers Experience in solving time-critical issues Ability to prioritise workload At North West Alliance we value diversity, equality, and inclusion; we are committed to providing working environments where everyone is included and treated fairly and with respect.
