Job Description

The Coordinator Waste Services & DRRC position provides support of all City of Darebin waste services, focused on continual business improvements within the Operations and Waste Services division. Through active engagement, you will lead a team focusing on long-term sustainability while meeting organisational and Council service level obligations and visions. About the Role: The Coordinator Waste Services and DRRC supports the Darebin community and implementation of the Darebin Council Plan by leading delivery of high-quality services including kerbside waste collection, litter prevention programs, Darebin Resource Recovery Centre, and street cleaning services. The position holds a pivotal role in delivering day-to-day waste and street cleansing operations, fostering a culture of inclusivity, safety, and excellence, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance services for the community.
