Job Description

Corporate Access Manager / Client Services Manager Do you have 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Access or Client Services? Have you been in a large organisation that hasn't allowed you to expand and push the boundaries that you wanted to? Robert Walters have partnered with an excellent client on an extremely exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, tenacious and wants to set the new standard for first class end to end client engagement and service. You will be a self starter, high energy, have dynamic ways of working, want to constantly look to streamline processes, and take pride in your work. The role Design and implement strategies to increase market awareness for small and micro-cap companies. Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate executives, institutional investors, and industry analysts. Collaborate with internal teams to align Corporate Access activities with broader firm goals and initiatives. Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to drive client engagement with the firm. Manage logistics and setup for in-person events, including the Director & Executive Forum and sponsored events. Oversee event coordination to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality experience for all participants. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met and deliverables are achieved. Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Organise and manage investor roadshows, corporate presentations, and other access-related events for the business units, as required. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for companies under the businesses coverage. Track and analyse client RSVPs and attendance for Corporate Access events in the CRM. Deliver insights on client preferences (sector and company) to tailor strategies and improve engagement. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise strategies and enhance overall effectiveness. Implement and leverage technology to enhance the client experience with Corporate Access. Develop and maintain a scalable Corporate Access platform that supports efficient event management and client interactions. Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve processes and tools. Ideally, you will have had exposure to Corporate Access for a minimum of 2+ years, however, my client sees above and beyond experience and looks for ATTITUDE and AMBITION above all else.
