The Role: TMHA is seeking a motivated Corporate Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. The role will focus primarily on the development and maintenance of relationships with TMHA Corporate Account Customers. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Promote good relations and maintain contact with Corporate Accounts. Measure performance against agreed objectives. Must achieve annual sales budget. Prepare special and regular sales reports for management. Monitor new product launches, promotion, advertising and merchandising activities, meetings and presentations. Supervise and facilitate agreements with customers. Implement the sales plan for certain brands of TICO and allied materials handling product based on market analysis, research, and marketing indicators. Analyse sales and market trends and potential and prepare sales forecasts. Control expenses against budgets. Be compliant with agreement making guidelines and business processes. Introduce industry specific innovation and technology to achieve best practice within the designated corporate portfolio. Skills & Experience Required: Formal qualification (or equivalent experience) in sales/marketing or commerce with several years proven ability in sales/management. Technical trade experience in material handling industry is highly desirable. Comprehensive product knowledge and successful field performance in sales of material handling products. Excellent communication, initiative, and ability to organise, together with the ability to utilise creative sales techniques. Strong presentation and communication skills.
