The Opportunity This is an exciting role for a person who is looking to be part of a small and dynamic Corporate Affairs team on a part-time or full-time basis (4 -5 days a week). The role will be responsible for event management and a range of activities including writing stories and promoting WesCEF’s people and initiatives on digital channels. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate and employee events, as well as contributing to the management of our community partnership program and promoting WesCEF’s people and initiatives on digital channels. This is a fixed term role for 12 months. This role will be based across both the Murdoch and Kwinana offices. Your key responsibilities will include: Manage all event logistics and provide communications support for strategic internal events as well as coordinate and support the delivery of strategic external events; Assist with the weekly management, creation and uploading of communications images and messages on site LED signboards; Support administration and management of community partnership activities and grants, including the coordination of internal metrics and reports, and governance of external report delivery; Process invoices and credit card reconciliations each month. Do you have a mixture of the following skills, capabilities and experience? Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/ Public Relations/ Marketing A minimum of two years’ experience in a corporate/government/ not-for-profit organisation Demonstrated support to multiple stakeholders in a busy environment.
