Join Macmahon as an experienced Cataloguer ! Manage all Product Master Data, including Source Lists, Contract Pricing and Info Records. Enter new materials into the catalogue, ensuring accurate and consistent naming, and apply consistent valuation classes and other important data. Contribute to streamlining inventory processes, work in a collaborative environment, and grow your career. About the role Take charge of all processes related to catalogue information management. Coordinate the seamless integration of new catalogue and inventory items into the system at a Plant and storage location level. Oversee the maintenance of Master data, ensuring integration of materials, price updates, and accurate info records for consignment stock and source lists. About you Possess cataloguing know how backed by a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in cataloguing materials. (i.e. must be fully conversant with cataloguing standards and practices.) Demonstrate an understanding of warehouse and logistic processes, supported by over two years’ experience in store/warehouse roles, preferably in mining/maintenance related industries. Advanced Excel knowledge as a minimum. Experience using an ERP system and intermediate to advanced computer skills. Use of SAP, in particular SAP S4/HANA is highly desirable. A robust technical background in mining and/or maintenance environments to be able to challenge requests when information is inadequate or unclear is desirable. Employee benefits Free onsite parking.
