Base pay range A$35.00/hr - A$45.00/hr We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Group Communications Administrator to join a dynamic Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support during a busy period of multiple product launches. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product run sheets, coordinating internal communications, and handling administrative tasks like invoice processing and vehicle VIN numbers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the global leader and contribute to high-impact communications efforts. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers and Coordinators during busy periods with new product launches and deadlines. Product Management: Create, organise, and manage product run sheets to ensure seamless product releases. Internal Admin: Process invoices, purchase orders (POs), and vehicle VIN numbers; provide general administrative support for internal communications. System Management: Utilise Excel and PO processing systems (experience with PO systems is beneficial but not essential). Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, send calendar invitations, and manage internal and media calendars. Event & Travel Support: Assist with administrative tasks for product launches and related events, including travel arrangements. Budget & Travel Management: Help manage budgets, Coupa access, and BCD Travel bookings for corporate activities. Skills and Experience: Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-3 years in public relations, media, or an agency environment, ideally within automotive or a related sector. Strong communication (verbal and written). Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Experience with internal communications and event coordination. Excellent attention to detail and flexibility in handling varying workloads. Proven ability to manage budgets and assist with project oversight.
