About the Firm Our client is a mid-tier firm with a well-established presence in the Brisbane market as well as nationally and internationally. Located conveniently in the CBD, this firm offers an exceptional environment with lots of benefits.About the Role This position sits in the administration team undertaking a focused Corporate Compliance role. Your objective will be to provide direct assistance to ensure all ASIC obligations and requirements are met. You will undertake the following duties: Preparing client documentation Liaising with clients Undertaking corporate secretarial functions including lodgement of forms Maintain ASIC debtors Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Liaise with ASIC Undertake any other general administrative tasks as required About You Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar role with exposure to the ASIC function.
