Contribute to this international practice focusing on corruption, fraud, and anti-bribery. Advise your regulatory and corporate clients with a minimum of 2 years’ PAE. Position located in Sydney CBD with hybrid work options. Key Responsibilities Advise regulators and corporations Conduct investigations and enforcement Engage in travel and professional growth; education assistance Skills & Experience You will be a Corporate Disputes & Regulatory Lawyer at the 2 year PAE level. About the Role The focus of this partner’s practice is on complex domestic and international disputes , including class actions, regulatory investigations, enforcement, and internal corporate investigations. You will advise clients on contract and shareholder disputes, Corporations Act and securities issues, and statutory claims including misleading and deceptive conduct as well as anti-bribery, corruption, and fraud risks. You will regularly advise regulators and corporations regarding consumer law and corporations law compliance, including investigations and enforcement.
