What you will do? Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas Maintain in-depth knowledge of daily menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements to enhance the guest experience Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery More about you Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Food Safety Certificate Proven experience in food and beverage service A genuine passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated approach Strong commitment to equality, workplace culture, and safety. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Availability to work throughout the AFL season (March to September), including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr
