Corporate Insolvency Lead - City of Brisbane - Lead Group The Lead Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Restructuring Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our restructuring practice, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on businesses undergoing corporate distress. Job Description: As a Business Restructuring Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing client engagements, including conducting accounting and financial analysis. You will also develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies for clients, overseeing engagement teams and managing multiple workstreams. Responsibilities: Manage and execute client engagements. Develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies. Analyse business performance and position. Prepare reports and presentations. Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions. Requirements: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in managing insolvency and restructuring cases. Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance-related field. ARITA Qualification is desirable. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
