Job Description

The company: Considered by many as the leading top tier energy, resources and projects practice, this high end, international corporate practice focuses on corporate work for some of the biggest corporate clients in the world. About the role: Working with several Partners (considered among the best in Australia), this role will see you: work across general corporate and M&A work with a focus on mining, energy and resources clients; provide corporate advisory services on large projects from joint venture and mergers and acquisitions in the resources sector through to capital raising; advising on major procurement as well as corporate advice relating to mining/resources operations. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will: have come from a corporate practice with a minimum 3 years' post admission (ideally at 4-8 years PAE) experience; have strong technical legal drafting and major contracts experience in corporate law and ideally have worked across corporate work in the energy and resources sector; have strong academics from your LLB (minimum 5.5GPA).
