Corporate Lawyer | Major Private M&A Transactions | Equity Options Available Our client is a high-end boutique Corporate law firm with offices in Melbourne CBD, Brisbane, and Sydney. The firm has a broad client base and acts for wealthy private clients right through to ASX top 50 companies.Key Highlights of this role: Work autonomously and have the support of a junior Lawyer with major private transactions. Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000. Hybrid flexibility available - work at home days offered and private office space on Collins Street. Tight-knit team with a supportive and down-to-earth Principal Lawyer/Director and Paralegal and administration support. About the role: This is truly a rare and positively unique position where you will work independently on major private transactions with some major commercial property developments. You will be supported by a Junior Lawyer and have the mentorship and support of a highly regarded Principal Lawyer.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters. Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients. Draft and review commercial, corporate, and construction contracts. Work unsupervised on complex corporate/M&A transactions. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 4 years PAE with admission to practice in Victoria. Strong experience in corporate/M&A matters is essential. Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial or construction contracts. Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate issues. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
