Corporate Lending - Senior Associate to Manager Vacancies This role is about leading a high-performing team, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing efficient business practices. You will lead a high-performing team focused on increasing customer satisfaction through efficient business practices. Your expertise in risk management will be crucial in developing a risk-aware culture within your team. You will also play an integral part in managing deal origination, loan processing, and settlement in LoanIQ. Your ability to collaborate effectively across various lines of business will be key to your success in this role. What you bring: Minimum five years banking operations experience including leadership roles. At least two years’ experience managing large teams. Degree qualified preferred. Corporate lending experience is essential. Experience with LoanIQ and Control IQ preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinking abilities.
