NAB Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Workplace Banking Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving growth across our Workplace Banking proposition. The new Workplace Banking team will partner with CIB and B&PB to deliver winning Personal Bank propositions to their clients’ employees. Winning market-share in key customer segments is a key lever to achieve Personal Bank’s growth and customer advocacy initiatives. The newly created propositions will enhance the Employee Value Proposition in each workplace and deepen relationships with NAB. Responsibilities: Collaborate with colleagues across NAB to develop, launch and embed Workplace Banking with partner organisations. Partner with CIB, Business Bank and Personal Bank to identify prospective candidates for a Workplace Banking proposition. Work with enrolled workplaces to activate and engage employees by meeting their customer needs. Identify key partnerships and clients to grow Workplace Banking enrolment, working closely with stakeholders across C&I and B&PB to identify and grow opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to leverage existing relationships owned by C&IB and B&PB to effectively design and execute a Workplace Banking proposition for their clients. Manage individual performance including prospecting, pipeline management, deal execution and ongoing relationship development. Develop, build and maintain relationships with Workplace Banking clients through leadership engagement and promote activation and engagement with employee education, insights, comments and events. Work closely with Personal Banking teams to ensure Workplace Banking clients are receiving an exceptional experience. Build & leverage strong relationships within your external and internal networks to develop opportunity sets and deliver customer obsessed outcomes. Develop strong relationships with C&IB and B&PB bankers and leaders through proactive and ongoing engagement. A genuine focus on continuous improvement of your business, and you personally. Assist in developing and fostering an environment of strong collaboration and open communication across the Workplace Banking and Segments team. What you will bring to this newly created team: Strong interpersonal communication, excellent presentation and relationship building skills with a proven ability to agree and deliver mutual objectives with business partners and stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving strong and consistent results in business and relationship development with stakeholders and clients. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, engage professionally with prospects and existing clients, manage opportunity pipelines and maintain long term relationships, externally and internally. Experience in Home Lending and in-depth knowledge of the lending market and industry trends is a bonus.
