About the Role: MSS Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Precinct Manager to oversee our operations at Charter Hall. The role requires leadership, ensuring client and contract needs are met while managing a high-performing security team across multiple properties. If you are proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you. Duties include but are not limited to: Lead and manage the onsite security team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Prepare and deliver monthly security service reports to clients and the Business Manager. Maintain and communicate site policies, procedures, and operating requirements. Foster strong relationships in a corporate environment with clients, tenants, contractors, and visitors. Resolve security related challenges and proactively address problems within the corporate security setting. Ensure all staff are properly inducted, trained, and hold relevant certifications, including assistance with rostering. Oversee incident reporting and ensure effective escalation and resolution. Manage employee performance and adherence to MSS Security policies. Act as Chief Warden during emergencies and assist with warden training for the security team. Skills & Experience: Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and client liaison capabilities. Proven problem-solving abilities in a corporate security setting. Ability to work independently and drive results. Full Australian Working Rights. Valid Victorian Security license.
